Gourmet food and wine are on the menu for the upcoming Lara Food & Wine Festival.
The Lara Food & Wine Festival is set to be a day full of fun, gourmet food, and wine from local businesses. Foodies, families and business owners are invited to enjoy the produce at this year’s festival.
Scheduled for Sunday 24 March 2024 and held in Victoria, the event will have over 70 exhibitors.
These include award-winning cheesemakers, boutique beer, cider and winemakers. There will be vendors with both sweet and savory food.
Entertainment highlights feature an all-day music stage. There will be performances from Reed Street Band, Lara Big Band and Wildflower Trio.
Additionally, there will be a master and apprentice cooking competition. Throughout the day you’ll see leading local chefs team up with culinary students from The Gordon.
The chefs will mentor and work with their students to compete against another master and apprentice team. Celebrity chef, Simon Toohey will help judge the competition.
The Lara Food & Wine Festival believes this day is a great opportunity to support some of the best Victorian local businesses.
